Thor

I really liked "Thor".  I've never read comic books, so I didn't really know what it was going to be about. I don't think there is a comic book/superhero movie that I don't like.  This movie has it all....romance, action, comedy, family issues, etc.  I liked the fact that it had comic relief.  I've never laughed out loud at a comic book movie until now.

Superman Returns

I know it's been a while since "Superman Returns" came out, but I thought I'd give a shout out because I went to the Superman Celebration last weekend.  It was so much fun.  I got autographs and pics with Brandon Routh (Superman) and Sam Huntington (Jimmy Olsen). 

Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows: Part Two

I am a HUGE Harry Potter fan.  I've read all the books and seen all of the movies so far.  I'm getting really excited about the last film coming out next month.  Here is the most recent trailer.

The Green Hornet

Tonight, I watched "The Green Hornet".  I'm sorry to say that I've never seen the original.  It was o.k., not one that I can watch over and over again.  Seth Rogen is typecast.  I thought his character would be different than the other movies that I've seen him in, but it was exactly the same.  It didn't make much since to me that he was the hero and his driver was the sidekick.  Kato could kick butt, and all the Green Hornet could do was shoot people with this green toxin that knocked the criminals out for an hour.  Oh well, maybe I should watch the original, they are always better than the remakes. 

I Am Number Four

From the previews, you would think that "I Am Number Four" is going to be action packed.  It was more of a drama with a couple of action sequences, but I still liked it.  If you're looking for an all-star cast, this is not your movie.  I only recognized Timothy Olyphant and Luke from "Percy Jackson".  I think that's a good thing though because it gives unknown actors a chance.  I also like the fact that this movie is different than ever other movie I've seen.  I was beginning to think that nobody had a original idea anymore.  The ending was left open for a possibility of a sequel.  We'll see!!
